after my usual lady wasn't able to see me, I booked Cat at Bouton de Rose for a Hollywood Wax. After visiting various salons in London for this treatment, I was apprehensive at the pain that I may have to endure as my other lady who I'm used to is so efficient and painless. After visiting this salon I was so happy that I've found another place! Cat really gave me 5* customer service and the treatment was fantastic. I was really happy with the result. The Salon itself is clean, trendy and in a great location! Perfect for a quick lunchtime visit. I have highly recommended this salon to all of my family and friends - a must visit!

I have been coming here for ages and they're usually fantastic. This time however the therapist ignored me when I said the wax was too hot (it was getting painful) and said it was the right temperature and continued to put it straight on.
Most concerning though - in the room there was a cctv camera pointing right at me!!!! She said it was old and from the previous business that occupied the building but it really should be removed to put clients minds at ease. I was in shock!!
