The studio is always so lovely to be in - clean, good atmosphere, nice staff. One disappointing thing was the fact that there was not much hot wax on this occasion, and I had to have strip wax for the last bit of my treatment, which is not as good on my skin. This isn't something that happens all the time, but I wish I'd been asked to re-book, rather than coming when the treatment I had paid for could not be carried out in full. Very much a one-time thing though, just something I hope they are aware of if the situation ever comes up again.
