The salon is a little difficult to find but the staff there were lovely and helped to rearrange an appointment at short notice. The only issue is that the wax was a little too hot for me, and even though I said a couple of times, it didn't seem to get much better. However, the finish was great with not a hair missed as the therapist did get all of the ingrowns and stray hairs as well. Would still definitely recommend as the wax was super quick and over in about 15 minutes. Decent value for the area.
