Waxing - Staff was good however the lighting in the room is really bad. Noticed multiple patches of hair that were not waxed. I dont blame the staff as they tried to look for it. Booking process was straight forward. Blow dry - When i reached venue, was told that the staff was off sick so it couldnt be done. This was really inconvinient as i had plans that evening. Luckily i could book elsewhere at the last minute. But very unprofessional of them for not letting me know sooner.

Fabiana is really friendly, helped me choose a colour. She is a perfectionist taking pride in shaping and painting nails. Only reason for 4 stars is I still had a bit of rough dry skin on my feet after the pedicure. Would def return and recommend though!
