I waited a long time for my appointment, the person at the desk was not welcoming, not smiling at all. I didn’t feel welcome and I didn’t feel a good atmosphere at all, I have been asked to wait without apologies. The person who did my treatment herself was really nice and lovely. The price was a bit much for the service provided..

The haircut was good, and the hairdresser really nice and chatty and made you feel comfortable. The ambience wasn’t great because there was only the one chair for hairdressing, I prefer when there are more chairs and more people about for a better atmosphere. But all in all a really good service and friendly staff!
