Sadly missed my appointment due to getting my dates confused and the salon changing the time I’d originally booked but they refused to let me re-book and wouldn’t even offer a gesture of goodwill so that was £40 down the drain. Won’t be re-booking here again.

Good eyebrow wax. I specifically booked with Carmen but she didn't end up doing my eyebrows which was disappointing, but the other lady did a nice job.
