Booked the appointment online through Treatwell an hour and a half before the time I wanted my appointment. The website showed me that 2 staff were available for the time I wanted, but unfortunately when I arrived they said that they had double booked and I would have to wait half an hour (they were all a bit confused when I turned up). Not the best start.
However, I have to say the wax was very good and she took her time to ensure it was as painless as possible. I was very happy with the overall result and I will definitely go back for waxing in the future. Just a word of advice when you book through treatwell, always call the salon before u book your slot online to make sure that it’s available, otherwise you could be waiting around like a lemon like me.... or worse (if you’re in desperate need of a wax last minute) not seen at all! I was lucky they could fit me in!
