I started training with Claire and Boutique Fitness to help improve my overall fitness strength and stamina for the New York Marathon this year. Having participated in marathons before I needed something extra to get me to the next level of my training. Claire has been fantastic as weekly training sessions have helped me get out of my routine and work in new ways that have really helped me improve. Once Claire and I had discussed my goals, she put a specific plan together aimed at building on areas that were going to help with my run, and week on week I was able to see a real difference. Great workouts, and motivation, and a big thank you as training with Claire really helped me improve and finish the NY marathon.

At your initial consultation, we will spend time, not only assessing your current fitness levels, but getting to know you, your likes / dislikes and personality. This information will enable us to tailor sessions to be enjoyable for you. Believe it or not, you may even start to look forward to your workout. Research has proven that participants are far more likely to stick to exercise if they get some intrinsic value from it. We will review your diet and current activity levels and offer effective tips that will bring immediate benefits.
