This was a lovely massage. I have quite tense shoulders anyway & have recently had a frozen shoulder. Helena's massage was just right - not too much pressure but firm. She also gave advice on aftercare that has been useful. I shall return!

Many thanks to Helena for her expertise in lymphatic drainage. This was my 2nd visit and I would not hesitate to recommend Helena to others. After over 10 years of intermittent discomfort post-breast cancer surgery (including unilateral lymph clearance) I am delighted that I have now found someone who has the expertise to alleviate my symptoms and advise on ongoing self-care. Thank you 😊
