I honestly cant praise Helena enough! Massage was excellent - and she even offered suggestions why my shoulders and neck are so stiff. I'll book again without any hesitation.

The centre itself is very sweet and clean, all the staff are friendly and helpful. As for the treatment, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Helena made me feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. I couldn't recommend her enough!
