Helena has been treating me during a period of illness. She has been amazing and has really helped me manage my symptoms. She goes over and above in every sense and is compassionate and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone, she is a lovely person and very skilled therapist

The centre was easy to find and well appointed. The massage room was spacious, clean, and smelled nice. The massage table was heated and comfortable, towels were clean and soft. My masseuse was skilled and considerate, the massage was really nice and relaxing.
It was, however, disconcerting that the end of the session was signalled to my masseuse (and me) by another staff member entering the room in the last few minutes - when you're due to be fully relaxing - to fill a plastic disposable cup with water and leave it on a side table for me before exiting. I then felt rushed to get dressed. It was a noisy and jarring way to end the massage. There was also a phone in the room that rang midway though, again detracting from the relaxation.
The centre is nice, the staff are nice, the massage was nice and really relaxing, and it would be improved with the removal of the phone and glass of water procedure. The masseuse herself is great and very competent, my back felt much better afterwards.
