Because of the small building the ambience whilst I waited for my massage was not so relaxing and I was sat alone for a long period of time and not offered any refreshments. The consultation before my massage was reaffirming and allowed me to ask any questions about the treatment I was having. The massage itself was amazing and I felt very looked after, before I left I was given a price list and loyalty card which I appreciated and makes me want to go back.

3 times I have been to Helena for reflexology now, and 3 times also for a massage with V! The benefit of doing both on a 4 weekly basis is incredible. I suffer with a chronic condition and it has and is helping me with it so much. Now I am just about to do my reflexolgy course with Helena and massage near the autumn. Very friendly ladies, and they listen and give the best advice they can. Worth every penny!
