I’ve been to Helena a few times now, she makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door and she is a really lovely friendly person. The treatments are so relaxing, and make me feel amazing after. Would thoroughly recommend her!

My massage was lovely and Helena was tentative and was able to pinpoint the problem/painful areas in my back by just looking at it. Comfortable and soothing environment. I even received an email with follow up exercises to do post massage. Booked my next massage straight after my first appointment. So glad I found this place!
