Helena was so knowledgeable and explained the anatomy and physiology behind her actions. She really delved into the underlying issues I had before the treatment began and took steps to ensure I was relaxed as well as targeting the tension in my neck and shoulders.
Helena was professional and welcoming at all times and even gave tips and strategies to ensure the impact of her treatment was longer lasting. I have booked to return in 2 weeks and am very much looking forward to it!

What an amazing massage- absolutely the best one I have ever had! Everything was just brilliant. Helena is so lovely, the surroundings were spotless and very relaxing and it's amazing value for money (would happily have paid twice as much for such a great massage). Also loved that Helena has time slots on a Sunday- huge bonus.
