I booked the Holistic body massage with Helena and couldn’t have asked for a better, more personal experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I could escape the world. She listened and asked what I wanted to get out of the session and tailored her services so that it was most suited to my needs. She is so friendly and professional and she described in detail, the logistics of how the therapy treatment is beneficial and works. I will definitely be going back to visit her and highly recommend her services.

Well, where do I begin...I have visited Helena now a few times and every visit I leave her feeling literally high! Helena’s treatment is first class, yet affordable and I cannot rate her highly enough. She has helped me considerably with all my aches and pains and I feel she takes the time to actually work out what is wrong, what could help and the best course of treatment moving forward.
