My hot stone massage was truly next level in terms of really sorting muscle issues out without any pain and leaving me with no more tenseness in my shoulders. I love the science meets holistic ethos in which Helena is very knowledgable in combining and experienced in delivering. Always a very worth while and overall nourishing visit.

As a guest, bringing along a friend for treatment, was very warm and welcoming. Beautiful ambience, polite staff and very relaxing. Helena worked way over the time that was recommended, meeting the needs of her clients, giving advice and support. Dont knock until you try this lovely place for treatment! I will be recommending friends & family.
