A lovely warm welcome.
Disappointed that the steamroll and aromatherapy cave weren't functioning properly when we were using the spa.
Food in the restaurant was lovely, but service was slow to the point of being really irritating.

The whole day was just wonderful. All the staff were very friendly, the facilities marvellous and the treatment was out of this world! Would definitely book again

Hotel was lovely and clean as was most of the spa area. However, female changing room was incredibly small with only one toilet , one shower and two changing cubicles and very limited other changing space and few lockers. Pool lovely as were sauna, steam room and two other rooms. Lovely massage,
