Lovely relaxing full body massage and the facial a refreshing treat too ! We both throughly enjoyed our lunch and all the treatment rooms and pool.

The West Cliff is a well presented hotel with welcoming and extremely helpful staff. The spa and treatments were great. The menu has a variety if choices and they accommodate guests with allergies exceptionally well. We will definitely be returning for another spa break package again soon.

Main problem was it was too busy, the spa is small so with lots of people we had no access at all to the relaxation room, the Jacuzzi was constantly busy and it was very disappointing that the steam room we particularly like was closed. The changing room is very small, 1 shower is not enough and it needed better cleaning.
However, it was Easter. The spa staff were very nice and the lunch and waiter was outstanding. We were impressed with lunch.We should have used the bigger pool upstairs, empty!

Visited on Saturday 4th April 2026. Very excited to visit here with some mum and daughter time. Very disappointed of the condition of Spa. Very run down and needs attention. Not clean in the spa or surrounding areas. Water in pool and jacuzzi very dismal. facial however was great, lovely girl and totally relaxing. Food was great. Wouldn't attend the Spa again and wouldn't recommend
