Staff were amazing!! Bathroom could have been better, using the shower flooded everything. The room was a little on the small side but overall a fantastic stay.

Nothing was too much for the staff there, they bent over backwards to accommodate us and make our stay more comfortable. My husband loves saunas so we were a tad gutted that the sauna wasn't in working order but everything else was fab - the food, facilities, general atmosphere, staff etc etc. We would definitely visit again. The hotel was also very accommodating of our 11 month old daughter, such as arranging appropriate food for her, making a cosy cot ready for her etc. We were so happy with our experience...

Goodnights stay along with the three course meal and breakfast in the morning. Will definately go back again for another lovely weekend break.

Great value for money. £199 for 2 nights b&b and dinner one night. Spa small but nice. Changing rooms small and not ideal but if your staying that doesn't matter one bit. Had a great weekend there, good location for beach and centre. Very pleased. Staff were so helpful and friendly.

Saw some poor reviews before we booked our stay here but having stayed at another hallmark hotel which we enjoyed, we decided to risk it. Glad we did. Hotel staff where exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food was also very good (apart from the Tapas which we skipped). Only slight issues where the heat in our room (it was boiling hot in March even though we had radiator off and window open) and mediocre spa. For money though I have no complaints and would happily stay again.
(I'd also recommend parking in the car park off the main road. The side road one was always full. I just wish the main road car park was better sign posted....)
