The spa and treatment was great. The staff were brilliant. However the meals were not great and the service was slow (2 hours for lunch was extreme).

Great location only a short walk into the town centre. The hotel staff were all very friendly and all the meals we had were of good quality. Comfortable spacious rooms.
The Spa was good but a bit noisy but that was the residents not the hotels fault.

This was great value for money, whole day in the spa with an hour treatment, lunch, dinner and overnight stay. My full body massage was with Lisa who managed to relieve all my knots! The hotel is really clean and beds are comfortable. Really close to Bournemouth town center and a great cocktail bar 3min taxi ride away, called Smokin Aces.

I wouldn't recommend this place. To start with when booking the spa treatments, nobody ever answered the phone to the spa and the front desk wouldn't help. It took about three days of trying to get through to the spa to book the appointments. I was told they would call be back but they never did. The majority of the staff were rude. One main lady on the front desk, she didn't speak very good english and she was very unhelpful when asking a couple of questions. The outside is very tired looking and defiantly needs sorting out. There is a lot off competition in Bournemouth and much nicer places to stay. The only thing I would say was nice was the food. We had a three course dinner as part of our package and that was the only good point about this hotel.
