This was a Christmas gift, via Red letter. The spa lets the hotel down. Whilst the pool is lovely the spa area is bleak and has a high background venilation noise. The only area with lockers was by the pool, but the door to the changing rooms had been taken off for maintenance. You were not offered bathrobes and left to walk through the hotel with a towel. Massage was great, but nails were not dried after manicure and not matter how careful I was, by the time I had left the hotel, most were ruined. Afternoon tea was ok, but nothing special. Sandwich fillings were basic and both white and brown bread was used to make one sandwich. No choice given for tea. Nice day out, but glad we hadn't paid for it, probably wouldn't go again.

Absolutely amazing massage. Alice was very thorough and asked if I wanted her to concentrate on any areas. Loved the hotel and would definitely come back for a girls night in package. Thank you!

The spa facilities were really good, lots of variety but some parts need updating/ repairing and the steam room could do with being a little hotter. The food that was included in our spa package as a whole there was really lovely.

It was a lovely day out, the Spa was lovely and relaxing and the staff lovely, my only observation was that the builders were wandering in and out of the female changing rooms without any prior warning. Overall a great day out and would go again

Overall the day was good however, lockers in spa had no keys so had to go up to the pool area to lock our valuables away. The hotel was having some improvements being completed however was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. The spa area was clean and friendly. The best part of the day for me was the facial I have had many facials over the years but I must say this was one of the best.
