Lovely setting and location as close to coast and shops, select proactive staff especially thanks to Fran but not all staff provided smooth handover nor could answer simple queries. Spa well organised and timely treatments but hotel facilities urgently need improvement i.e. WiFi (rooms 104-106), broken dangerous floor tiles, missing bottled water & communication between restaurant and reception.

I got this for my fiancée and she loved the spa and the treatments. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We also had full body massages which were great. I would recommend this place to anyone. 10/10
