Could do with a couple more loungers in the pool area, (only 4) not very relaxing sitting on a table! Would have been nice to be informed that there was a fitness class on at the same time as our spa afternoon

The pool was cold & only the Jucuzzi was was available, changing room was messy with rubbish left on the seats , didn’t feel like a welcoming spa , I had this as a Christmas present for myself & my sister so we could relax & enjoy our time together, but we didn’t , luckily our facial was lovely & Lisa made it very relaxing, & afternoon tea was lovely the waitress was very helpful & freindly ,
