Lisa is a brilliant massage therapist - she focused on all the right spots and my back feels pain free. I only got the 25 min back neck and massage - will go for the full hour next time.

Very good venue, excellent value for money on the spa offer we used. All staff very friendly and helpful. Nice to have different meal selection each evening. Only problem we had was mix up on our pre booked spa treatments which meant one of us had to have a male therapist at a different time to what had been booked.

Our spa & lunch on Sat 29 Feb was our 2nd attempt to use voucher as spa was out of action on our first visit. We checked into spa and told to change but not given robes, The changing room was packed with no lockers were available.The massage itself was fine, but the pool and jacuzzi very busy, exceptionally hot and oppressive. Our lunch was poor with dried up rice (chilli) and Caesar salad drowned in dressing to make it almost inedible. Our 2nd attempt - very poor! Disappointing birthday treat!
