We were surprised at the cost of the coffee, which we had before starting our spa day. Took me by surprise!!!
Spa staff really lovely - receptionist at Hotel seemed to want to get rid of me!!!
The relaxation room is lovely but you can hear other guests chatting - not sure if it is possible to have a double door to cut out the noise. Could have been better.
Alice was lovely and gave a super massage.
At the end of the day - The changing facility by the gym was busy with children being changed, toilet paper on floor in the toilet. Layout in the toilet not ideal. It had been suggested that this was the better changing room - but in this instance the spa changing rooms would have been better.
Restaurant staff weren't sure if a pot of tea was included with the afternoon tea because it came with a glass of prosecco. In the end he gave it to us, although hotel didn't have redbush so I used my own teabag!
The tea was more than enough - shouldn't have eaten it all but it was so delicious - especially the raspberry mousse. Scone was rather dry though. Strange to have 9 little sandwiches - not an even number for two people!
Overall though an excellent day and extremely good value.

Not able to use the changing rooms in the spa so had to walk through reception back and forwards to the other ones not good especially as there werent any slippers available so we were barefoot. Facilities are run down and grubby looking, my treatments were lovely althouh I wasnt given the name of my therapist. Overall not impressed and wont visit again.

Great facilities and it was very clean. Only issue we had was that the swimming pool and whirl pool was so cold, not really a relaxing experience. Both me and my friend had a facial and they were totally different, she got a neck massage while her face mask was on but I had nothing, just a short scalp massage
