Thought spa facilities eg ladies shower, didnt look very clean,water was cold and looked tatty. Did have a lovely time though and fab lunch,great staff.

Loved the little rooms off of the spa pool. It was a lovely atmosphere in there.
Marked down a little for cleanliness as the ceiling tiles were dated and stained and there were rusty patches throughout the spa.
But overall for the money and atmosphere it was wonderful and I can’t wait to go back!

The staff were the highlight of this experience - they were all lovely (without exception). The entire experience was super value for money. The treatments were very professional - the pedicure was done on a high up bed which was a bit unusual... but OK. I also had shoulder, back and neck massage was marvellous !
