The guy on the front desk is a bit of a joker - doesn't create a relaxed atmosphere and often couldn't be found. Chasing people down to get them to clean areas after using them. Were told to undress poolside and not use the changing room showers. Pool area was very dark, hiding very dirty pool tiles. Sounded like building work was being done due to a fault with the hot tub pump. So noisy it gave me a headache.No loungers in the spa area, so had to leave and go to the main pool in order to relax.

For a Hotel of this rating the Spa and gym facilities were very good. The Massage was as good as I have received in this type of setting.
