Alice was amazing, she was caring and did a thorough job. She asked all the right questions about my treatment.
The only downside was that because of the Covid restrictions we couldn’t use all the facilities as we would have liked but that wasn’t down to the Hotels fault. I would definitely visit again

Ruined our friends Hen do. Terrible day, dirty and smelly changing rooms. Had to pay extra for robes and slippers which we were not told about prior. Had to be split for Covid restrictions when other groups didn’t. Also afternoon for our guests with dietary needs was awful and not given the consideration they needed. Some staff we defensive, dismissive, and even sarcastic at times. However Liam, and the girls who did our treatments, went above and beyond to try to make up for all the bad!

All the staff were wonderful, Luke on reception and Lisa therapist were fantastic. Both very knowledgeable, skilled and friendly making our experience great. Fantastic Indian head massage by Lisa and Luke explained what, where and when and was on hand should we need further info or help. The pools, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi were fantastic and our afternoon tea great. Just not much space in changing rooms and a bit of decor maintenance needed but it is a very old building.

Thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay. The venue is excellent, the facilities great and the staff are genuinely welcoming and friendly. We had the pleasure of having Alice carry out our treatments and she proved to be an absolute gem! Warm, friendly and highly professional, I cannot speak highly enough of our time in her care. Thank you Alice!
