Always great Indian head massage with Lisa ! I have had Lisa as a therapist before when the hotel was hallmark I was hoping on “an off chance” she would be still there and thankfully she was 🙏 she as always very intentive , very knowledgeable and made my treatment a very pleasant experience and I felt very relaxed afterwards. Thank you Lisa again, you are an asset to the company 😊

Alice was amazing, she was caring and did a thorough job. She asked all the right questions about my treatment.
The only downside was that because of the Covid restrictions we couldn’t use all the facilities as we would have liked but that wasn’t down to the Hotels fault. I would definitely visit again

Ruined our friends Hen do. Terrible day, dirty and smelly changing rooms. Had to pay extra for robes and slippers which we were not told about prior. Had to be split for Covid restrictions when other groups didn’t. Also afternoon for our guests with dietary needs was awful and not given the consideration they needed. Some staff we defensive, dismissive, and even sarcastic at times. However Liam, and the girls who did our treatments, went above and beyond to try to make up for all the bad!
