Was a really nice relaxing day but wasn’t exactly what I was expecting and was a few thing I expected to be better for the price you pay for it. Pools were pretty cold, steam was off in the stem room for a lot of the time. Changing rooms are sooo tiny and locks on the doors are really stiff. Only one shower in the changing room which again couldn’t really move in and the shower head doesn’t stay up. Staff were mostly really nice and helpful. Food and drink is very expensive for what it is.

Steam room was very hot, personally for me too hot, the heat burned my face. But was very pleasant to be there for half day SPA again.

They were really helpful, I was able to change what had been booked for me prior to arriving. On the day I also requested to change froma cream tea to a more healthy option due to my diabetes. They also changed this. The place is lovely my treatment and food were wonderful.
