Lovely overall experience, spa and hotel teams were friendly and helpful. Great value for money with varied options for two course lunch included in our package.
Bit disappointed that we had to pay additional £5 each for robes which we only used for 10 minutes, moving from changing room to treatment area.
Treatment waiting area felt a little run down. Unfortunately this space didn't have the same atmosphere as other areas of the spa. Could do with a refresher,

Fantastic location, SPA, swimming pool, outside garden, music amazing! The room was very dated, torn carpets old mattress, old mirrors - requires refurbishment. Bathroom was last-century-old, didn't expect that at all for this price, quite shocked to be honest. Dinner was very tasty but small portions and breakfast was ok but bit bland and small choice of fresh fruit and joghurts. Staff very friendly.

We were looked after by Ruby who was amazing providing the massages booked. Very relaxing treatments and the foot massage and head massage were new to us but we were reassured by Ruby and would pick these massages again. Thank you.
