I was pleasantly surprised to see that the spa was not over full with too many customers and all the rooms were empty at times when we used them. The therapist was so kind and helpful and really gave me the massage I had needed for such a long time. The afternoon tea was nice perhaps a little too much custard selection and no chocolate. But otherwise delicious and warm scones :) Was overall very pleased with the experience and will be booking in again soon
