Grubby tiles, cold pool, steam room with no steam, aromatherapy room with no scent, no gowns or slippers. No locks on doors of changing rooms, no ladies lockers, too many people to space, masseuse had snotty nose so sniffed whole way through massage. Lunch was sub par offered 1 drink, didn't eat sandwiches but cakes were nice. Very disappointed Left early.

My massage with Ana was amazing but the venue itself is passed it’s prime. It looks dirty and a bit unloved compared to some spas I’ve been too.
