I would not recommend this hotel, I should of realised when contacting them was difficult before our visit. The only thing you got was a towel (everything else was a fee (bathrobes, drink etc. There were not enough lockers, There was one shower and it was not working (even had it been it was too mouldy to use). The actual pool itself was cold. The lady behind the bar and the man in the spa reception were both very friendly and helpful.

Excellent venue with plenty of choice's of steam room, sauna and more. Massage with Alice was very good. One small problem, the jacuzzi was closed which we really wanted to use. Lunch in the hotel was also excellent . .

When we got in the pool was very busy we were told there were no female lockers left and the jacuzzi was full with the same people the whole time we were there. The aromatherapy room was warm but only had the smells every minute or so. Steam room and sauna were full so didn’t attempt to go in. While there the womens changing room flooded and there was an issue with the pool. Alice the therapist was great we both enjoyed our treatments.
