Not enough characters to write all I want to. The place is tired. The pool has damp marks all round the tiling just above the surface, which must constitute a health hazard, some of the lights aren't working, the sauna was too cold (50C), the aromatherapy cave was closed for maintenance, we weren't given robes and slippers on arrival, the changing facilities are too small for the number of users: I could go on. In the treatment rooms one of the staff was not very welcoming. Not impressed!

Had a nice day and the food was lovely, but the facilities and treatment were a bit of a shame. The SPA is really run down and especially the changing rooms, as there was absolutely no room to get changed/shower or use the toilets. The treatment could have been a bit more tailored but just felt like a standard massage. I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend, but wasn’t worth the money.

Everything was good, Grace was excellent, but the fact that you've cancelled my treatments 3 times, once whilst I was on route to the hotel, is unacceptable so I'm not overly impressed

Reservation process was problematic with staff not being very friendly, dates not available and difficulty to get through to the reservation team. On the day our lunch was moved without asking and later we find out they messed up the dates.No robes were offered as promised. Ladies changing room too small with just one toilet which was not clean and had tiny flies flying around. Alice saved the day by being great. Jacuzzi nice but crowded. Overall an ok experience but probably would not recommend
