Katie was amazing, really friendly and knowledgeable. She clearly loved her job as a therapist and the massage was dreamy.
Elemis products felt and smelled incredible.
Only thing I would mark down was the maintenance which I already knew about as they had an issue with the building that was being resolved that was out of their control.
Will definitely be back!

Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the site had more amenities than I was expecting (the Aromatherapy cave is wonderful!) The only drawbacks are that the pool is much smaller than it looks on the website, and some of the grouting looks a bit...old.
