Visited for a spa day with friends. Unfortunately we were disappointed. Absolutely disgusting in terms of cleanliness. I am not sure how this place can be open. Very concerning that looking at reviews since our visit, people have raised issues regarding the cleanliness from months ago, but nothing has improved by the sounds of the reviews. Do not visit unless refurbed!

Facilities were lacking; 1 x toilet, 1 x shower and 2 x changing rooms. Thankfully it wasn't busy otherwise you wouldn't be able to fit more than a few people in the changing rooms.

My partner and I had a fantastic spa day, via red letter day. Lisa, the massage therapist was very friendly and provided excellent massage, lunch was delicious and spa facilities outstanding! We highly recommend.

Lisa was very professional and intuitive to what was right for me during the massage, a wealth of information and so personable as well.. Very much gave me a sense confidence and she was really fab to chat to as well... Lisa knew where to fish out those pesky knots and I was soon very relaxed. It is really great to have such genuine professionals, who know how to help instead of sticking to a routine... I so recommend you indulge yourself and remember to share the energy between you :)
