The staff were very friendly and helpful, a member of staff was off sick and the other staff did what they could so are treatment could go ahead and kept us informed on what was happening.

Unfortunately it was very busy. The pool was very cold, the jacuzzi was out of action and being fixed. The dressing rooms were very basic, with only one shower which was see-through.
My massage was meant to be at 11. Got to 11.20 and we asked when I would be seen and they had mixed the appointments up,so someone was taken in on my appointment. It was meant to be 30 mins and was only 20, it felt very rushed. I wasn't asked about pressure at any point. My sister had the full body and loved hers though

Massage was very basic, honestly any massage student could do better. Spa was outdated with some facilities out of use. Pity as the hotel is really nice and there’s a great potential that is not being utilised properly
