Lovely, helpful staff and therapists but ....
Pool was cold ( boiler problems) but I had seen this in older reviews too !
The changing rooms look old & grubby & there aren't enough lockers, we had to use other changing area by the larger pool & had to ask staff to keep letting us thru to get to our lockers...doesn't feel very spa like ..
Plus points were staff, treatment & lunch was very nice 👌..
Serious investment needed to call is a spa !!

A lovely day. The spa facilities were not busy so it was easy to relax and make the most of our time there. The facial treatments were amazing and the therapist very knowledgeable about the products. I was so relaxed I later fell asleep in the relaxation room while waiting for my friend! Lunch was delicious- a good choice on the menu. The changing rooms were cramped however, and showers very basic

Very pleasant hotel nicely modernised in main areas upstairs. Lunch was great.
Spa had a few changing room doors and seats that were a bit scratched but generally clean and comfortable.
The ladies changing rooms were a bit narrow by the lockers and could have done with more than one shower cubicle. Otherwise very relaxing and warm !

The jacuzzi was not working for the majority of our day. The changing area needs ripping out and redoing with only 1 toilet and shower and very narrow. The shower was disgusting and I couldn't bring myself to use it. We had a problem with the booking for our treatments being moved a couple of days before hand, but on arrival, Shelly was very helpful and rescheduled them to more suitable times. Lunch was fantastic.
