The staff were very helpful and welcoming. It was great that they provided phone charges . I was given a brief tour prior to using the Spa .

Getting through by phone took at least 8 attempts over a two week period - even tried leaving a message on the website. Got through by ringing spa who rang receptionist on her mobile asking her to pick up the call he was about to put through! Once we arrived everyone was very helpful and polite. Room spotless, spa was nice and relaxing. Dinner amazing. Breakfast disappointing, most of the hot food had run out, had to wait for more to be cooked when we asked. Also they don't serve fried eggs!
