Great hotel and very nice staff. The spa was nice although the changing room was a bit cramped. My daughter and I had a lovely relaxing day and the lunch was very good. Both the therapists were very nice.

Improvements are needed, the floor is dangerously slippery, we were advised but sure new floors or not offering the slippers will be best. The options offered for different rooms is great but I feel the spa is looking tired

The treatment didn’t take place as it was cancelled by the salon. I tried to get an alternative appointment but, despite there being notices in the hotel that appointments were available, there were no available appointments. This negative experience has been compounded by being asked to complete a review and having had several reminders about the appointment. Perhaps your I.T. systems need reviewing?
