Really lovely Spa day experience. The welcome at the Spa area Reception was a little bit lacking, and we felt a bit rushed.
The changing facilities were less than good. Cramped, narrow, insufficient.
However, the overall experience was really lovely, and I can't fault the treatments

Locker room was rather small, with a broken locker, Few small fixes needed in the aromatherapy/relaxation rooms, but overall a very enjoyable experience. Staff were all super friendly, treatment (Swedish massage) was amazing. Would recommend and will be going back at some point.

We had a lovely stay, the receptionist was lovely and barman was very friendly and made us lovely cocktails. The food was amazing.
In the morning we used the Spa a lovely lady showed us around and we used all the facilities and then both had a facial which was amazing.
All round a lovely relaxing stay with lovely staff.

Everyone was lovely. The pool area was a little dark however, and the ladies changing rooms were full of used wet towels. Kirra was lovely and gave a great experience, being warm and friendly as well as brilliant.
