Experience was lovely, hairstylist was prompt on arrival to welcome you. She understand what I wanted and clearly communicated throughout. The only improvement was that I asked for a bouncy blow dry and instead received a rough fry and straighteners

So gentle and so kind! An absolutely amazing colour at the end and really impressed with the service. We went through all the options together and I’m so very happy with the result. Definitely will return!

i was charged £25 more then what was listed on treatwell for something that i wasn't asked if i would like on my hair. after a wash there's no sign of any toner left . At the time of my appointment i was fine with the outcome but once i was home i realised it was just the styling making it look ok. I had a balayage where my roots was dyed darker (i've never had my roots dyed as it's supposed to look natural) just looks like i have awful grown out roots after getting my whole head bleached.
