My appointment was cancelled due to flooding Left message on voivmail with my phone number a week after appointment asking for the refund. Was gosted. Is almost 3 weeks and still haven't get my refund.

Loved the facial Carrie gave me. She checked my skin first so she could use the right creams and lotions for my skin type. My skin looks and feels really good now. Added bonus of a relaxing neck and shoulder massage whilst I had the face mask on. Will definitely be going back again.
