Bonnie is very friendly and chatty. However, she did wax the end of one of my eyebrows off and tried to reassure me that it would grow back and I could just draw it back on for the meantime. I know it will grow back eventually, but I didn't pay for someone to wax it off incredibly unevenly!! She then offered to wax off the end of the other one to make it even (to which I said absolutely not). She was also 10 minutes late and the receptionist (in a communal building, to be fair) was very rude and unhelpful. Bonnie was nice to talk to and very welcoming but because she messed up my eyebrows I will not be returning.
