After an initial issue with the booking (Wahanda's booking engine allowed me to book a time that had already been taken earlier), I managed to find a time that Bonnie could fit me in. This I learned later was out of her normal practicing hours, but as I mentioned that I had a sore neck that I wanted working freer, she added me to the end of her day.
Great massage, friendly masseuse, though a little odd that it's in a gym with pumping music outside and a little cramped in the room as Bonnie does numerous treatments which are all crammed into this room with various equipment and ointments within.

Since I had my first waxing appointment with Bonnie I haven't been anywhere else in London.
Bonnie is lovely and friendly, make you feel very comfortable ( even people like me who don't normally do in a beauty salon!!! ) I would definitely recommend it to whoever is looking for a good value for money and good service waxing appointment!!

Do note that the spa is inside Fitness First.. It's a small spa room but it has everything in it to get the job done and Bonnie is lovely. I'd go back for a facial.

I didn't realize when I booked my manicure that this was going to be located inside of a Fitness First.
Despite the not entirely relaxing atmosphere. My manicure looks very nice and I am happy with the end result -- but the ambience isn't ideal.

convienient location from the tube or bus stops
Great therapist, friendly and good at massage!
value for money
felt relaxed afterwards - would definately return as a complete stress free experience - a great treat on a weekend
