Quick and easy and the room and equipment seemed clean. Half the wax was done with strip wax, the rest in more sensitive areas was done using hot wax. Bonnie was very chatty which is good for putting you at ease.

Inside fitness first so there is a bit of the 'workout' noise. The treatment itself was good. I was very relaxed when I left..

The treatment room is in a very busy and very noisy room, really not the type of place to go for a relaxing treatment. My appointment was 15 minutes late starting but didn't finish 15 minutes late. The therapist was complaining a lot, she didn't speak great English and the whole experience was very poor. Instead of feeling relaxed after a facial and massage I didn't feel that at all and would never go back.

Bonnie is amazing, the only slight downer is the location- because she is in a busy gym you can hear the music. But this is more than made up for by Bonnie's helpful nature and willingness to squeeze you in. When you add her amazing skills as a beautician and masseuse then she is an all round winner. I would happily travel to London from the kent coast to see Bonnie than have a cheaper treatment near home, she is just so darn good.

The ambience isn't the best as you can hear the gym music through the wall but Bonnie was great, she got all my sore spots and gave me advice on how to reduce them in future. My muscles never felt so loose after a massage!
