The venue is a little odd - having to literally walk through the gym full of people exercising to get to the treatment room. But the room itself is nice and cosy and not too noisy. The treatment was pretty good, my feet felt nice and relaxed afterwards.

Rushed and not client-friendly. Good job but felt uneasy throughout 30 min treatment. Unsure about revisit, despite great location in London.

Easy to get to from Camden Town tube station, just a short walk and inside Fitness First, so I found it really easy to find. As others have said, Bonnie works from a small treatment room inside the gym so you can hear gym music etc. during the treatment. I didn't find this as much of a problem as others seem to have though - surely what matters is the quality of the treatment and there was nothing to complain about here. Bonnie is friendly and puts you at ease immediately, she is also very thorough and professional. And excellent value for money - an excellent price for a really good service. Would definitely use Bonnie again.

It was lovely and Bonnie was very nice, may have been a bit noisy, music from the gym playing and room was a bit cluttered but great value!
