I made an appointment through wahanada which was confirmed by Bonnie online. When I got there I was told someone would be with me soon. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked the person on reception to call her to check when she would be ready for me. I was told 10-15 mins so I decided to wait. However I ended up waiting an further 30 mins. That meant that by the time I was taken I had waited 45 mins and was shown very little remorse about this. In fact I was made to feel as though it was my fault for booking a late appointment but she had confirmed this appointment. I ended up cancelling the appointment as I was in no mood for a masage and I had to call Treatwell from her studio myself to get my refund - Bonnie was not very helpful with this - she kept saying she had no internet so she could not help.

Bonnie was lovely and super nice. Salon is in a bit of a weird location but was able to find it and the treatment was great.

i came for reflexology to help move things along in my labour...my baby arrived the next day so very effective!

She shaped my brows but it was not possible to give them the form I was looking for as I needed to grow back my hair. I guess it would have been helpful to know this beforehand. The location is easy to find as it is close to Camden Town underground station, literally 5 minutes walking.
