I found the beautician to be extremely rude and invasive, asking very personal questions which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The wax itself was far too hot and it was the most painful wax I've ever had and I have had a lot of bikini waxes. There was also a lot of wax string around the area and the work station was extremely messy.
