really strange venue and probably the most painful wax I've ever had. Bonnie was lovely but the wax was not great;

Firstly therapist arrived late and then I still had to wait once she had arrived. Too much ch time during the appointment was spent talking about a pyramid sales scheme and trying to get me to sign up. The actual massage was quite alright, the facial not so much as was not very gentle or using nice products.
